Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped upon confirmed payment. A tracking code will be emailed to you once your items get picked up by our delivery guy, so you can always check on their whereabouts.

SHIPPING TO MALAYSIA:

2-3 working days, not including Sat/Sun (Klang Valley only) 

3-4 working days, not including Sat/Sun (Outside Klang Valley), within West Malaysia only.

Shipments to East Malaysia may take up to 7 working days not including Sat/Sun

Parcels are shipped via DHL e-Commerce. Parcels may take longer to arrive due to significant surge in volumes during festive period. Please check with DHL customer service for any update.

Deliveries will be completed within 9am - 6pm, no timed-delivery is available and deliveries are not available on Sunday and Public Holidays.

Any delays in delivery caused by factors out of our control could happen and we shall not be held any responsibilities on it but should assist to track the location of the goods.

Kindly check the availability using your Post Code on the product page before adding it into the cart to ensure your area is covered.

Any changes in the delivery details on the selected delivery day or a day before the delivery day is not allowed and customer will be charged a fee of RM30 to make the relevant changes.
